This is the AR15 I got for my Wife. It has an Olympic Arms Lower with a trigger job, DPMS Upper with an AK brake and an Ace stock.

Really nice rifle and your wife is lucky. If she appreaciates it, you are lucky. Mine would just say, "You can only shoot one at a time.". Congrats on the buy. Tj

Nice. I like the look of the DPMS AK-style brake better than the Bushmaster unit. Wife is lucky. -REAPER2502

I took here to the gun shop the other day to get some supplies. While we where there I showed her a 20" A2 and asked if she liked it. She said no and pointed at a Bushmaster Shorty and said she liked the little one. So I got some parts together and built Her one. I thought she would get upset but she said she really liked it and wants to go shooting. Cool, if She likes to shoot then I can shoot more myself. [8D] She doesn't like mine, to heavy!!![nana][sniper]

You are a good husband.

Just admit it's yours and get it over with... my wife has so many fishing rods and guns it's not funny. She has even seen some of them! Scot

When I bought my wife her Bushy M4, I think she suspected that it would really be mine. It honestly hasn't worked out that way. I set it up and tricked it to her specs, and it only goes shooting when she goes. She has fallen in love with it and is turning into quite the gun nut. TEE HEE!

Dude, you should reconsider that DAMN muzzle brake [ear breaker]. Most women do not like loud BOOMs like mocho men do.

That is the way it came. It may get a RRA M4 barrel at a later date and made into an M4gery. [8D]

Phessor; Will you marry me?

SailorDude, I'm all ready called for, but thanks anyway. [8D]

Nice one Phessor. My wife loves her Bushmaster, and she actually likes the mini comp on it. Claims that a rifle should make noise, but then again she's in love with Tannerite to!

I would like to buy my wife an AR to go with mine. UK gun laws will not allow you to have 2 guns of the same calibre unless you can show "good reason" (perhaps a different disipline ?) My wife however could if she put herself through the mill and applied for her own permit, own one. I think she might prefer a cat. :-)

I wish I could get my wife into shooting. I took her out one time with .22s so as not to excessively frighten her. She was a very good shot with my .22lr Ruger pistol... especially for a first time out. She even got excited and was bragging she was shooting better than I was (I was letting her, wink, wink!). Then, oddly, she never wanted to go again!?!? Weird! Scot
