BCM 14.5 carbine gas upper
BCM BCG
Daniel Defense A1.5 rear sight
Eotech XPS2
Pinned A2X flash hider
BCM Gunfighter Charging handle - small

ETA: Midwest industries 2 piece free float rail

Streamlight flash light on some no name mount I found on Amazon

The lower is off another rifle, but it's almost identical to the one that this upper will live on, I'm just waiting on PSA to ship the lower parts kit. Once it's in the lower will be

Anderson lower
PSA LPK with ALG Defense ACT trigger
BCM Buffer tube
Standard spring
H2 buffer
BCM Gunfighter Mod 3 pistol grip

I'm a fan of it so far, I just can't wait to see what that ACT trigger feels like.

That's a good lookin' carbine.

How does the Eo co-witness with the A1.5?  Lower 1/3 or absolute?

It's an absolute co-witness. I may get a riser in the future. I've never tried a 1/3 so idk if Id like it or not.

I started out with an absolute Aimpoint and never went lower 1/3 for a couple of years.  First time I shot with one in the then new PRI / Wilcox mount, I never went back.  Especially with a fixed rear.  It cleans things up nicely.

Boxing and age have taken a toll on my eyes and I'm back to irons and magnified optics.  Red dots look like bug splats to me.

You'll like even better with a JP yellow trigger spring.

Stop it. I'm trying to save money for a few months and not buy anything else gun related.

Very nice. My first is/was very similar (R1 rather than EOtech and lightweight barrel/no rail), and the 14.5 car-gas with the H2 shoots very nicely.
You'll enjoy that quite a bit.

Same rifle with different handguards:

Bottom one in this is current config

Nice sticks man, this is about 3rd or 4th I've put together, but this is the first one I've really tried to keep as light as possible.
