Im new to the Ar15's.  I just bought a Bushmaster M4A3 and an Eotech 511.  Im wanting to mount the Eotech on my carry handle (in front of the carry handle) to co-witness my standard iron sights.  What mount should I use?

I also thought about removing the carry handle and mounting the eotech directly on the top (no raisers), also adding the ARMS #40 flip up rear.  Will this co-witness well?  Will I have to purchase the taller front sight post when using the ARMS #40?  Sorry it seams like so many questions to ask.  Just trying to find a good setup.  I would really appriciate some info, answers, or tips.  Thanks for your time guys!
