Does anyone know if the Model1Sales standard 24" rifle kit is any good?

I plan to shoot 500yd-600yd but would like a rifle that has a long barrel life (not a pure competition rifle).

Here's the link:
Model 1 24" Kit, made by some Aerospace company

I would just have to buy a stripped lower receiver (any recommendations?)

What other parts would I need for better accuracy?

This would be my first AR15 but not my first "military-style" assault rifle.

Been thinking of ordering a 24" extra barrel from them. Got my complete upper from m-asales.com, but not in yet so cannot tell about performance of their 24" barrel(A2 config.). They didn't show just barrels, only Model 1 so far.

How long is the wait time usually?

I wanted to know if they were decent uppers and not crappy/out of spec uppers. Do I really need an expensive lower receiver or are they generally all good enough if they meet mil-spec requirements? Some advertise mil-spec teflon coating and if that is the case, they must adhere to the specifications... but who checks the work?
