I recently acquired a military mag carrier that was designed to be worn on the waist with two straps that go over your shoulders.  It has a paracord lacing on the back to tighten it up.  The front is secured by two plastic snaps.  It is Olive Green in color, and has four pouches on each side with velcro covers.  If anyone can provide the correct military nomenclature, or a value to this item, I would appreciate it.
