Looks good. What did you use to cut it out with? Do you have a press that you used to curve the handle part and put the grooves in with?

I use a normal handsaw for metal, for the curve I used a round piece of metal put it all together in the vise and used a hammer. Here

It took me between 3 a 4 hours, it was not a rush job....I needed something to do with my spare time.
My previous job was a double safety selector but I didn't take pictures from the progress. I will take a few now when installed on the AR and put them on the bord.

TheInvisibleSoul, yes that's all I used exept the drillingmachine and the round piece of metal for the curve, they are not on the picture.
