Sorry if this has been asked previously, but does the Magpul 60rd. 5.56mm mag function reliably with 300 Black Out? Are there any other 30+ rd. 300 BLK mags that are ultra reliable? Perhaps adding a floor plate extension on a Magpul 300 BLK specific mag?

I dont believe it is.

The "ati schmeisser" 60rd quad stack might be.

@TheGunslinger did it work?

Havent tried it yet.

OP, Centurion G3 pmag extenders will add 5 rounds to a 300blk G3 pmag.

D60s probably won't work with 300blk, especially not heavy subs.

That's a big no for the D-60 and it cause damage to the drum.

What kind of damage are we talking?  This seems odd to me when the rounds are basically dimensionally similar and the guns are advertised to use the same mags. I have a D-60 which i was planning to use double duty on up in ME and it would suck if I bought a single use mag?  Can you elaborate?

No.  Package insert specifically says not to.
