Sorry to make a new topic of this but I think the other one is huge and I only have one simple question. I dont think I will be able to use the oven or dishwasher to clean my mags (Lady in the house). Can you get the same results by cleaning the mag in soapy water and/or using acetone, drying it very well and spraying three coats of permasilk?
