Calssportingarmory.com has the CTR for $77 + shipping, which is about the best deal I could find when I was shopping for one recently. Not sure what they have for MIAD but take a look.

Cals Sporting Armory has the CTR for $77 and the MIAD for $25, but you will pay like $15 for shipping+handling.
AIM Surplus has the CTR for $92 and the MIAD for $34, but free shipping. Cals total - $117ish AIM total - $126 |
