Okay, so I missed out on getting one of the 7.5" "Christians In Action" uppers from Wes... I know, I suck. Anyhow, who out there has one, and how is it working out for you?

I'm wondering in particular about extractor wear/life under sustained fire conditions and similar. I understand that (especially when using the Noveske KFH/KX3) the cyclic rate tends to be pretty damn fast. Is it rough, and how are follow ups, hammers, etc with it?

Yes, I realize these uppers were not meant for any extended firing sessions, but I am curious to say the least.

What's the profile like? Is it heavy (0.850+), or just semi-heavy?

I'm thinking hard about posting a WTB ad in the EE for one of these setups for a backpacking/low-profile-esque rig, and want to know if anyone out there has used one extensively.

And yes, Wes, your input is always welcome

Thanks in advance!
