It look's like an AWS (Arnold's Welding Service) "Trauma Vest" out of Fayetteville, NC. I could be wrong, though.

Damn, I thought my Eagle CIRAS was expensive  It does come with pouches, but I like being able to put what I want on it.  With the pouches added on the CIRAS I guess they're pretty close in prices, but is it releaseable?

If it is SF, it is the most Hollywood team around. Although the AC/DC concert shirt is missing! (if you know what I mean!)

30 round mags with ranger plate make great monopods.

I just don't understand the point of covering up armor with a button up shirt that is unbottoned.

It's obvious who you are and what you do-- but I think in Iraq you are better off showing the force and that means gear and not a pansy button up from Kohls.

If they want to go discreet they should all have mandresses beards and sandals.  : )

Only if you have LOOOONG Arms. I've shot the C2 LMG and by gum It would suck to have to support the rifle on elbows. It fortunately has a bipod. Not so much weight but stabilising the rifle against canting. The chicken wing does nothing for this.

That FAG Bag is an all too familier sight. That thing looks panzi like but you can fit 5 or 6 more mags in there. Trust me, I did it. At one point I had 14 mags on me alone thanks to that thing. That was about twice my combat load.

Going out on a limb, but could it possibly be that maybe (just maybe) it's a little sunny outside?  That long sleeve shirt might just help keep the sun off of your upper arms.  Then when you get in a vehicle/indoors or it gets dark you might want to take off the shirt without having to take of the battle rattle.
At least that's why I've done it.  But that's just me, I'm crazy like that.

I highly doubt those guys are trying to be discreet. The sun is hot, causes you to burn, and can cause a thing called skin cancer.
