Is anyone else's MI flip-up BUIS kind of , well, for lack of a better term, floppy?

When mine is in the "deployed" position, it moves with even the slightest finger pressure. It moves back, and to the right (ejection port side), opposite and away from the "locking" mechanism.  I believe this has to be due to the (poor) design of only "locking-up" on one side of the hinge.

Or is mine the only one that does this?  I certainly expected better considering the amount I paid for the sight, even used.

Any reports about other brands that might have a more solid lock-up?

Mine only 'flops' front-to-back.

I haven't been able to discern a POI shift because of this.

It's an annoyance, but no problem.
