You should have no problem. I have an Eotech XPS/MBUS setup and have no clearance issues.
This isn't a great shot, but the blurry thing at the bottom of the pic is the MBUS.

The EoTech 512 is one of the lowest sitting EoTechs. Your reticle on the EoTech will be directly inline with your factory sights and be perfectly co-witnessed. The taller EoTechs (517,556, 557, etc) sit higher and give you a lower 1/3 co-witness.
You will be fine with your setup. How did you get an AR-15 in Great Britain? I thought all the nice guns were banned there. That must be a .22 long rifle version or something. |

I did have a Mbus for a year. The 512 is still in the same location however.

Figured out my OT for this week and selling the Bushnell Trophy for $65 shipped..
Got EoTech 512.65/1 for $360 shipped.. and then the $30 rebate.. $330 total.. 
Can't pass that up for $330 shipped.. woo-hoo...

It is a .22LR, but we can have AR's (or any other type of rifle) in the UK. There's even some guys with Barrett .50's and AI L115A3's (responsible for the longest recorded sniper kill, by a Brit  ).
We just can't have semi-auto's other than .22. Most of our AR's are straight pull, many with side charging handles. My next purchase will be a 5.56 with a side handle. Oh, and we can't as a general rule have handguns. There are a few exceptions to this. |

Decided to Cancel the order this morning.. $360 spent before Xmas is not a good idea..
I just spent $1300 on the rifle thus far.. another $360 and I'll be feeling... 
I'll wait till sping and re-check finances then.. FYI the deal was at Midway for $385 with $25 off (thru today) and then the $30 rebate.. Total would be $330.. Al |

Grabbed an Older (used) EoTech 512 w/NV (2002 mfg date.. much like the Bushnell HOLO).
$160 shipped.. 
Should have by Saturday..

Well got the EoTech 552 in.. was a steal for $160 on FleaBay..
Think I am all set now..
Aligns perfectly with the MBUS rear and MI front sights..
