I had the same thing happen to me.
I asked here and was given 2 options. 1. A member here named MONGO (I don't know if that is exactly correct) made some. At the time he was out. 2. I called MATECH and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Took a while be it eventually came. Beware though, if you call you have to be persistent. I don't think they deal with individuals much. Get a hold of Mongo- he makes a more robust one for those of us that had issues with cracked clamps.
