I asked about any ammo and he said " I'll let it go with the gun." He didn't say what quantity he had, but he sounded young.

If this is a transferrable A1 (not an SP1 conversion) it almost qualifies as a steal. Even an 80% finish Colt RR could bring around 12k.

Not exactly a helpful description. Where are all the magic words: machinegun, Colt registered receiver, M16A1, transferrable? Not sure what "Pre-Ban" refers to? Maybe the upper has a bayo lug? If so, who cares? I hate it when people use the descriptor: _____ Style. Optimistic take: maybe it's a transferrable M16A1 that he's selling with an 11.5" upper. You'll need to see the description on his F4, along with pics. Better yet you'd want to examine it yourself. Sam |

10K A1? It's not really a 'steal'. you can still find some brands/conversions for less. Granted, not many under 10k, but there are still some around. Saw one today for 9500. www.subguns.com check the NFA classfieds. TRG |

It's an Olympic Arms pre-ban. Oly. refers to it as an AR15, it has a 14" barrel, .223, no conversion. It's like brand new. Jim Weaver,President of the IAWCA, appraised it at $10,000. I've owned it for 10 years and shot it once.    Tell him "Eric " sent you |
