I already had one of the early non-trapdoor buttstocks, and weirdly, a correct A1 trapdoor plate that came on another buttstock, but not the whole thing. If you are looking for one, I just found them at Northridge Inc. and bought two. They are $14.95 each. I can't vouch as to condition, but I'm guessing it's a crapshoot. Still, they are the correct trapdoor buttstock for a later M16A1 if you need one.
