any way to make this
look more like this? 
I'm trying to go as smooth as possible but need the elevation adjustment of the A2 sight. Can I just shave the top off the "muffin"? |

It wouldn't be hard to cut down one. You just gotta make sure not to file past the roll pin.
... I don't know of anyone making them. Wait for others to chime in? |

Hm. Someone a bit more knowledgeable should be in here eventually, but I wonder if you couldn't just replace it with an A1 knob?

Gonna have to use your search fu, but locking A2 windage knobs were available years ago but the last source i saw was shotgun news. They were a bit lower profile.
Edit: Re edit: rapidex is not the right knob. |
