Will a loose gas tube effect the accuracy of your AR? Thank in advance for replies

Proably not, but it probably would affect operation.

A little bit of slop on the receiver end is normal. Slop on the FSB end is no good. Neither of these will effect the accuracy of the weapon. Unless you start loosing gas and the weapon doesn't cycle. You then get pissed off, throw said weapon on the ground, bending the FSB.........now you have accuracy problems!

The tube is held in with a pin in the FSB so it should be tight. Sometimes you'll get a leak which is eveident from the residue around the gas tube and FSB. If the leak is too big then you'll have cycling issues but accuracy won't be affected by it.
