Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for small bolt-on rail

In the past I've seen several pictures of small (1-2 inch) Weaver or Picatinny rails that bolt onto the ventilation holes of an M4 handguard.

I'd like to use one with a Weaver ring to attach a Surefire G2, but I can't find any reference to them any more.

Any pointers?
