BCM has decent prices plus the barrels are MPI'd.

DD 14.5 CL HF MP tested with FSB is $269 shipped from AIM... coupon is something like bryanfreakinrocks or something like that, it's on their industry page... not sure you can find a better deal out there for JUST the barrel.
ETA: I have one, it's "nicer" than my Colt 14.5 M4 barrel... try this:

Didn't see any BCM with the FSB pinned... and the colt is more than I wnat to spend...
