I`m looking for a flip up rear sight. What is the difference between the Bushmaster flip up sight and the ARMS 40 flip up sight? Can I replace their apertures with a Trijicon aperture?

What's the difference between the A.R.M.S. #40 and the #40A? (Sorry...I just had to ask. [;)])

Look no further then the ARMS #40, it is the best BUIS on the market by far. The difference between the 40 and the 40a is the 300m peep on the standard 40 has the top of the circle cut and a hash mark placed in the middle of the cut and the 40a is a full circular peep.

Would it matter which one I got if I were to replace the aperture with one from Trijicon or XS?

Spork, Don't waste your money on the bushmaster. It's junk compared to the ARMS. I got one and sent it back the next day and got an ARMS #40. the ARMS is much nicer and sturdier.
