I currently have a fieldsport rds on my 22LR plinker and I get annoyed by the bluish tint.. I want to upgrade the sight but looking for something clear when viewing. So which one has the clearest glass based on your experience ? Primary Arms, Vortex, Sig, Holosun ? Budget is $200 max. Thanks

For a .22, just get a TRS-25 or UTG.

Glass could look like a coke bottle and it not be a problem if you are using it correctly.

If you are peeping through a red dot, and consequently noticing the tint of the glass, you are doing it wrong.

Both eyes open, look at the target, optic should effectively disappear.

I still want to get a better one. I have tried 2 TRS25 in the past, I got faulty ones.

I get what you mean, I am still annoyed by the blue tint though.

Holosun and Sig Romeo 5 both have clear glass, no tint.
