See how the BUIS is sort of offset, rather than centered as it is on the TA01NSN?

Could I take those and switch them with those on the TA01NSN and still expect them to successfully function as intended? Or are they for the ECOS only?

If you look at the rear sight, it looks like it's just screwed down into the base/scope itself, where the left "leg" of the rearsight on the NSN would go.

Don't know but it looks like that little thingy in the back lines up with that little half moon thingy on the front.

I was thinking about it, so took a look at my TA01NSN and TA31ECOS.  I believe it can be done.

The TA01NSN doesn't have the upper half for the rear, but if you get a Docter sight base for the TA01NSN, it'll have the wedge notch on the side for the offset peep sight to install on.  On the TA31ECOS, the rear Docter sight base is the same, of course there is no front sight option for the TA31ECOS...
