I've read and have been told many different stories on this subject. Some say do it some say don't.Some say it depends on the brand or material.I only have U.S.G.I and (grey)England mags.I don't plan on geting any plastic.I've heard these will swell up,spring will fatigue, i was also told that about alluminum(i can't see that happening)so for METAL ONLY anybody have experiance? Thanks.

It's not a problem to keep them loaded. It's the cycling of the mags that wears out the springs.

Load them up. I've never personally had a problem with a mag misfeeding with either a black or a green follower.
