Someone here WAS selling it. I bought it. Ammo can with about 800 rounds, 4 greens, 1 orange, 4 greens, 1 orange. I bought it primarily for the tracers, I am delinking it slowly. He may still have some..... |

While small quantities do turn up now and again, it isn't usually readily available. Since Klinton banned surplussing of most military stuff (weapons/mags/parts, ammo, BDUs, etc.) in 1997, SAW belted ammo is quite rare, and sells at a premium price. And much of what's been made available recently has been rejected or water-damaged.

Tracers are commonly available without delinking SAW ammo.

I know that's what I am saying, it's not so easy to find. I have been buying tracers for years and years. Red is common, orange is not. I definitely prefer orange and if it's anything close to military (which the linked stuff is), I try to buy it. |

I am assuming you want M856 with the orange tip rather than M196 with the red tip, right? I have plenty right now but I'll keep a look out and if I find anything, I'll let you know. |

J&G had the M855 (WCC 88) and the M856 (LC 88) in ~2001, I bought one can of it. Should have gotten more but by the time I tested it , it was all gone. Some light tarnish. Good stuff.
