Only one word - GREAT!!!!!  I contacted them this morning via their web site seeking information on getting two replacements nuts for my Mark IV rings.  Answer came back within an hours FREE!! Will ship out to my address.  
Yes, I know I could have gone to a hardware store but they just wouldn't have been the same.....
