Let me go ahead and do two things in advance:

1. Thank everyone for their great-looking submissions
2. Remind everybody that applying a photoshop filter does not make a photo 'artsy'
(try different camera angles, lighting, aperatures, macro shots (close in), etc.)

Link Posted: 3/9/2005 11:54:40 AM EST
These remind me of the posters the Army makes up showing the guys in the field (usually ridiculed on these boards because the people they got to pose sometimes have never held a gun in thier life.) I like the Sig picture, very artsy

Nice 228!
I had a promo package 228 just like that. The same mag extension that came with the promo (for 226 mags) are available through Brownells now.

my wife took this one last night of her Doublestar. I don't think it's 'artsy', but came out pretty good

What goes better with an AR than an M1911A1?

Link Posted: 3/11/2005 7:17:08 AM EST
Seems only half of us understand the term, "artsy."

I'm going to have to make one of those "pink" AR's with the short buttstock for my daughter when she's old enough... she's only 16 months now... Is she ready yet?
