I think something in 2.5-15 would be about perfect with a good reticle. |

Does anyone have a recommendation for a rifle-length adjustable gas block?

Aero AR15 Enhanced Gen 2 or the M5 free floats will work easily with the POF. |

View Quote Superlative Arms seems to have one of the most recommended/popular ones. https://www.righttobear.com/superlative-arms-750-adjustable-gas-block-bleed-sabo-di-750cm/ I have two of them and they work well without any issues. I haven't had the adjustment screw get carbon locked while shooting suppressed, though I confess I don't have the ammo budget to shoot as much/hard as some people. My 12.5" build with my Triarc barrel is so well tuned without any gas adjustment, I think I'm going to swap the SA AGB to my SPR build that I am going to start since I just bought an 18" SPR barrel and a bunch of AAC 77gr OTM ammo. ![]() |

I rebarreled my old primary AR-15 with a BA SPR barrel, but I need to get a proper scope. I think I've settled on the Primary Arms 2.5x10-44 w/ Griffin reticle, and I'll eventually get a micro red dot for it too.

I built a 308 AR to do long range shooting but ammo is so expensive, that I'm discouraged from shooting it. This is really my first serious foray into magnified optics and long range shooting. Edit: is this the one you're referring to? https://www.primaryarms.com/primary-arms-glx-3-18x44-ffp-rifle-scope-acss-athena-bpr-mil-reticle |
