I have a similar build in progress with MARS, URX 3.1 with a WOA SPR brl. |

I wasn't going for an SPR build but's that's how it shook out in the end.
Started with a Wilson Combat 18" barrel in .223 Wylde, WC upper and handguard. Aero lower, BCM LPK and an A5 action. Ran it with a 1-8 and 4-16 for a bit. Swapped out a few things along the way. IWI 15.5" Arca rail, Magpul K2 XL grip and an A2 stock. Breek Arms CH, Geissele bolt catch, Centurion Arms two stage trigger, Radian selector. Went with a NF 2.5-10x42 with NF mount. https://imgur.com/EvzUGjv |

Glass is great, eye box is very forgiving. TMR reticle is fine for me on this gun, but some other options would be nice as well. I’m sure they’ll release some more. My biggest beef is the price especially in regards to illumination. $500 extra for an illuminated reticle in this day and age is ridiculous in my opinion. I opted not to get it but would have it wasn’t such a large mark up. But that’s Leupold being Leupold. |
