I just put a pair of the Troy BUIS from Larue on my AR build. (Great sights too, all business.)

I'm still up in the air about the aimpoint+magnifier or acog (w/BDC), but my question is what size larue mounts would offer a perfect cowitness, ie. not like a lower third cowitness.

Larue does not offer absoloute cowitness mounts. He has some mounts for magnified optics the same height as irons but not no magnified optic is capable of cowitnessing. The closest is the HK 416 mounts that are actually just under absoloute cowitness.

I was pointed in the direction of the American Defense AD-68. it hasnt arrived yet but it claims absolute cowitness. I got mine from Bravo Company.
