I'm having a hard time deciding on which rail system to go with.  I know LaRue is highly regarded here, but the KA, and SF setups are appealing as well.  Besides giving up a little accuracy am I giving up anything else, if I go with the non FF surefire m73?  I'm planning on mounting a TDI folding vertical grip, surefire scout light, and an eotech.

1. LT
2. KAC
3. Surefire

All three are great.

KAC RAS/RIS is the original standard that all others are judged by.

If I were buying one, I'd get the SAMSON.

Thanks for the feedback.  As far as the Samson, why would you choose them?

+1 on the surefire not being in the same league

also its hard to compare a non-freefloat with a freefloat since both offer different things to the end user.

also wouldnt mount any type of aiming device/optic on a non-freefloat

Excellent advice guys thanks!  I don't plan to mount the eotech on the rail, so that isn't a worry, but the point about getting some wobble on a non free float setup with a VG is a good point to consider.  I guess it's down to the LaRue or Knight's.  Thanks again, I've learned a ton of this forum.

All three as mentioned before will get the job done, my input would be to go to a gun show or shop that has them and inspect them inperson to see which one will best suit you needs. We can alll suggest ideas and feedback on use, but until you see it for yourself inperson, feel the weight, inspect the rails, then you will figure out which one will best suit your needs.
