It's the only QD throw lever mount available. I no longer have to mess with a thumb screw to remove the Eotech. Couple this with their BUIS, you will be set.

Do some searching and you will find all the info you need! I believe that the EOTech suffers from two issues. It sits to low and there is no QD/100% repeat zero capability. The LT EOTech mount fixes these issues IMHO... C4 www.gandrtactical.com

I agree with these two issues. My only issue with the EOThing on the LaRue is that the irons are so low that it's tough for me to get a consistant sight picture. Still a definite improvement. |

I agree with Grant on one of the issue with the EOTehc, the QD repeat to zero is thier bgiiest problem and the LT QD mount fix the issue superbly.
As far as sitting too low, it is a preference call, some like it where it is at, and some like it higher. I for one like it higher but i have ran into plenty of guys that likes the EOTech hwere it is designed for. front sight at the center of the optic window makes for great ghost right inead of running the BUIS. |

The height of an optic really is a personal pref. (agree with you Chen). I prefer the EOTech to sit up a little higher and have my irons in the lower third.... C4 |
