A = Not offset but this actual length

B = Not saddle height buy this actual height (top of rail to underside of extention)

This is from a thread where I asked the same question.

My LT-104 measrued .275 (just shy of 5/16") from the top of the rail to under the extended portion of the SPR.

The LT-104 and LT-139 are the same height.
