L & M custom weapons?

I remember a business out in California, I believe they were in Costa Mesa. I also thing they were called L & M custom weapons or L & W. they sold a very long float tube that completely covered a 16 inch barrel? Anyway they also sold a .40 cal pistol upper and now I can't find their website. Does this ring a bell with anybody?
