I was reading the specs of the visible OTAL from LDI's PDF file and website, I've also searched thru the archives and I couldn't find an answer, so here goes...

Is there a visible difference between the SPP (635nM, LDI part #19101) and MPP (650nM, LDI part #19104) during daylight or nighttime?

Since I have an Insight M6, which is apparently 640nM, is there any perceptible difference among the 635nM, 640nM, or 650nM lasers?

Thanks in advance!

Im not sure how much difference you can actually see but scientifically 635nM is more easily seen with the human eye than 650nM. But I have never taken a 635nM and shot it next to a 650nM to see if I can actually notice a difference.

But if you are asking due to price wise, I would say go for the 635nM. If you are going to spend over $300 on a laser you might aswell go for the best.
