Who makes the uppers with the kehole forging mark? What happened to the search function on this sight?

IIRC, the keyhole mark is Olympic Arms.

The keyhole mark is a forgers mark. I know Olympic has a casting house. When did they start forging?

Olympic has been doing both cast and forged since forever. In the very early days, they machined lowers from forged billet, as well. Olympic buys their forged blanks from the big forging houses like everyone else. NO manufacturer forges their own blanks in-house that I'm aware of, although some (Armalite) have their own dies at the forge which get used only to forge blanks destined for their exclusive use. We could probably use a forge-mark sticky FAQ.

I have seen both Bushmaster uppers and Colt carry handles with the keyhole. I think I read that it was Cardinal: http://www.cardinal-forge.com/ Search only available to paying members...
