Anyone use the KNS Perma-Pin? It replaces the cotter pin in the Bolt-Carrier Group. Just wondering if it's worth it or a waste.

From The KNS Website:
"Replaces standard cotter pin found in the bolt carrier to retain the firing pin. The cotter pin is difficult to install at times and is subject to breaking. Fully guaranteed."

Solution to a non existant problem IMO...

I have never had a problem with the standard pin.

A quality cotter pin will work just as well...

...didn't they replace the original solid pin with the cotter pin?

seen several bad pics of these bending, breaking, basically failing.

the cotter pin is a real pain the ass, but the solid pin is asking for trouble
