Very cool to see at an airshow. Beaufort is where?
The scopes they use must have long eye reliefs - I'm seeing a half-inch butt pad on the normally already long A2 buttstock. Any other details? |

Any other details? coast of SC. i held it with a normal cheekweld and the scope was perfect. crystal clear optics. he only added that the new snipers rifles will have these scopes instead of the S&B. they had a great display from small arms to all types of rocket launchers. very nice indeed! |

I see a 2-piece mount versus the 1-piece requested by the Army.

FUnny you mention the Marine's switching glass. I was checking out an M1A at my local gun store when one of their reps was talking to the owner of the shop about the Premier scopes and i asked him if their scopes were rated for .50 caliber usage (M82A1/M107) and he stated that the Marines swapped their glass from S&B to theirs.
So yeah; I was able to see their scopes, i was impressed with them.
