Built this J&T CAR-15 kit for a buddy. It’s my first build. He supplied the stripped Dalphon lower receiver and asked if I could build him a rifle for $500. I not only built the rifle, but I scored him four mags and a couple boxes of Wal-mart bulk packs.

Assembly went smoothly, just a few holes to chase out in the lower.

Kit pieces and stripped lower.

Lower assembled.

Completed rifle.

Sight in and a happy buddy.

Hoppy

Hoppy, Looks great. It feels good to assemble one of these and feel that first recoil. We live in the greatest country in the world! Outstanding! DG

It worked like a well oiled machine [;)]. We put a couple hundred rounds through it that day without a single malfunction. Including our 50yd, off the bench target. Hoppy
