No, you paid $100 too much.

I would say that $380 might be a LITTLE too much.  Dealer cost (2005) on them is $286 and the minimum they'll let a dealer advertise them for is $332.  If you bought locally and paid sales tax, you really didn't do too bad.  At 8.25% tax, you'd have paid $360 if the dealer was selling them at the minimum price allowed by EOTech.  I don't know where Dan15 thinks you can get one (new) for $280.  BTW, EOTech's prices increased for 2006 so you'd be looking at a minimum of $385 including tax after the price increase.

You paid a little too much.  I paid $330 and got a free ScopeCoat.

Yeah, you did pay a bit to much. I bought mine from nightvisionsales.com for $332.00. Free shipping and free Scope Coat. I think you could have  picked up the arms mount for around  $74.00 from some of the dealers on this site. Live and learn I guess. The good news is you now own a very nice weapons sight.

I just got my 512 from Mooney's at $299.   He did indicate that I got it just before the 2006 prices increased so I suspect they are somewhat more expensive now.

By the way, Tom provides OUTSTANDING customer service.  No worries ordering through him.

thanks guys for the info. its nice to support a local dealer, cause there aint to many around me. But it does suck to hear i paid a little to much. but on the plus side i got it right then and there and have been looking at it all night...so thats priceless.
