Using it for CQB action.  ACOG TA01 is mostly a mid range optic and the ghost ring that come with the TA01NSN is not much help at all.

The doctor or J-point on top of the optic is to help with close in action and for 3 gunners to have the ability to engage targets further out and still be able to run up and hit a ten yard target with speed required to win a match.

This is a patch work upgrade for those with Ta01, most the guys just go with the  do it all Ta31 and be done with it.

Which one is the cheapsest(dollar wise)? Since I'm not jumping out of helos, I don't think the most rugged is a must with me. Just as long as it holds up to normal bumps here and there will do for me.

I don't have personal experience with them, but it's my understanding that the SpecWar mount only works with the Doctor Optic, and not the JPoint.

At least the JPoint works with the ARMS rig.

555R -

Check the post above yours... They don't make a JPoint mount for the NSN anymore
