Has anyone tried one of these? Mag changes would be lightening fast but..... It looks hidious.

That is revolting, the pride of Uzbekistani engineering. You know they make LBVs and pouches for mags, etc. How cumbersome and awkward would a mag change be??????????

wouldn't be bad to use as a bipod type device but jeez that thing would get caught on so many different things it'd be rediculous!!! innovative...yes efficient....no

Did you notice how low / long that spare mag is sticking down !?! If your primary purpose for installing one is to have a VG, then i'd rather use the magwell than use that. If your primary purpose for having one is to have a spare mag in tow, then i'd rather use duct tape - as most israeli soldiers do.

Bottom line, there are far better products on the market!
