I just got one of these since I have enough parts to build another AR minus this. It was a great price but I am wondering if it is milspec. I can't see anywhere where it definitively says it is.

Why are you concerned about it being Mil-Spec or not? In order to answer your question, it is not all Mil-Spec. The upper most likely is and the bolt carrier group may be. The FSB might possibly be, but hard to tell. That is about it. The thing is to shoot it. If it works just fine and it is accurate, you are good to go.

I am not concerned for anything accept possibly the need to replace parts at some point. The lower and all other parts are milspec. This will be a shooter. Something cheap to kick around with and not worry if it gets banged up a bit or seldomly cleaned.

This...^.

You bought what is considered by most the least mil-spec upper ever conceived even by PSA standards.

If you need to replace parts it still works with standard parts.
