Does someone make an A-2 type of rear aperature (large hold) for the A-1?

Theres the XS same plane sight

Or you could find a Colt 9mm sight, or a sight meant to be used with the night front sight.

I measured the ghost ring on my A2 sight and drilled out one of the apertures on my A1 sight to roughly the same size.  

Drill out one of the holes to whatever size you want and clean up the bare metal with some cold blue on a Q-tip

I replaced the A-1 aperature on my work rifles (M16 Commando) with A2s.  They fit, but are wider, so you lose a lot of your windage adjustment.
