Is there a front sight mount with a sling swivel on one side, and a pictany on the other?

I don't have rails on my handguard, (yet) but I'd like to get a side-mounted sling swivel, and a pictany on the other side for mounting a flashlight would be nice.

Does anybody make such a thing?

Either of those look like they would work.

I'd like to spend a little less money, but I'll look at all of the options.
