Uh boy here we go. What makes you happy, what makes you NOT wonder anymore, "should I have.." is the one to buy (or the one you should have bought). Satisfaction and happiness is in the eye of the beholder.

Bushmaster is a fine weapon, you'll enjoy it.
There's no such thing as "the best AR" out there, everyone has their opinons and experiences. |

ColtMaster is good...
also look into Arma-River Arms  meh, the best is the one that you build yourself to you idea of what the best is

Just as said before, the best is the one you own.
I dont think I would buy a complete AR, I would much rather build it.(Unless it was just an incredible deal) |

I love my Bushmaster BMAS and shoot it often but just had a RRA (upper & lower) put together and am amazed by the fit. It has zero play between parts (feels like a custom fit) and shoots as smooth as fine silk... My limited experience....Good Luck!h.gif

The best AR is one that functions 100% and shoots accurately REGARDLESS of the brand.
Every manufacturer can turn out some turds...of course, a few companies turn out more turds than others... Between my friends and I, we've have good experiences with Colt, Bushmaster, PWA, LMT, RRA and a few other brands I can't remember off the top of my head.... |

Can't go wrong with Bushmaster. Mine has never malfunctioned. I dont' own a RRA, or Armalite, or COLT so I can't comment on those. But people generally rate them as being the best as well.
