Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Is the Winchester 50 round value packs made in Israel the same as Q3131a?

Gander Mtn has 50 rnd boxes on sale.  They are the Israeli made 55gr FMJ.  Is this the same as Q3131a or is that something different?

IIRC, some members have tried it and found it to be good ammo, maybe a tad hotter than the Made in USA Win, but not as hot as Q3131A.

Good ammo, but not as hot as Q3131A.  USA223R1VP (made in Israel, 40-round boxes at Wal-mart) chrono'd 2980fps out of my 16" RRA upper.  Q3131A ran 3168fps out of the same upper.  The stuff I have in the 40-round bulk packs from Wal-Mart has primer sealant.  I haven't opened up one of the 50-round boxes from Galyan's yet to see if they're the same, but I believe they are.
