I have heard a lot of great things about the TW25B and just realized this morning that both Mil-Com and Kleen Bore are making TW25B....Are they the same stuff?

Pretty sure they are. fixer mentioned Kleen Bore is a distributor.

Yes all the TW-25B is made by Mil-comm and sold to Kleen Bore for thier private label.
Kleen Bore also labels the Mil-comm MC-2500 oil as TW-25B High Tech oil.
The better deal is to buy the TW-25B from Mil-comm directly since you get a larger amount for about the same money or less.
Either way call Mil-comm and get an instruction sheet for application and the EP mix using TW-25B.
