... that I have not seen posted elsewhere:

Trijicon will soon be releasing a 3X compact ACOG with a red/amber chevron BAC reticle & a 600 meter bullet drop compensator. The best part... they substantially lengthened the eye relief on this neat little scope!!!

And... a well know & respected manufacturer of AR accessories will soon be offering optic mounts that feature an adjustable throw lever and an ARMS style protective pad! He requested that I not name him at this time, but he said that this will soon be possible because the patent on the ARMS throw lever design is expiring in a couple of months.

BTW, this was my first SHOT Show, but most definitely not my last!

Yeah... I guess I dropped the ball in this area, but I had other social obligations during the evening hours. I went to Vegas with my wife & a few friends, so I had to spend some time with them going to shows, casinos, dinner, etc.

Maybe next year.

Is this simply a chevron version of the existing TA-50 model?

That sounds pretty cool.  Let's just hope they keep it in the same price range as the rest of the Compacts.  A compact at fullsize prices I don't need.

I asked the Trijicon rep. about price & he said that it will be in the same ballpark as the rest of the compact series.

Did I mention that I actually got to play with a prototype at the show?
