Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Instructions - Install National Match Sight

I recently recieved a RRA National Match Sight kit.  I would like to replace a standard rear with this NM sight.  Does anyone know where I can find detailed instructions of how to perform this task?

Also, to what does the 1/2" versus 1/4" refer to?  The amount of windage possible or the diameter of the hooded aperture, or neither?
